At Petronella's Gallery and Bookstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art and literary treasures. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gallery tags and labels remain attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship to the Gallery

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
